Kal Plastics manufactures an extensive assortment of high-quality material handling containers for a wide variety of applications. These legacy products were among the first to be manufactured by Kal Plastics.

Our modular boxes have a reputation for working in the most abusive conditions without breaking or cracking. Vacuum formed plastic containers are inherently stress-free and virtually indestructible. These boxes are designed to stack easily with or without a lid for true product protection.
These multi-purpose material handling containers are vacuum formed from extruded HDPE sheet. Known for its durability, flexibility, and excellent chemical resistance; HDPE is 100% corrosion-proof and inert to all acids, alkalis, and solvents.
As a low-cost, all-purpose material, Polyethylene (PE) is one of the most widely used thermoplastics in the world and delivers superior quality and consistency. HDPE will not chip, shatter, or split from heavy blows over a temperature of -180° to +250°F.
The material is highly abrasion resistant and colors will not chip or wear off. It is easily cleaned, sterilized, and decontaminated, can be autoclaved, and can be used in automatic dishwashers using strong detergents. This all-purpose material results in years of product life expectancy.
All of our modular boxes are available in prime virgin, post-industrial or post-consumer materials and can be manufactured from anti-static or FDA compliant materials. Our stock color is gray, but virtually any color can be fabricated by request. Private labeling is available.

TMB 1-Series
These modular boxes are 11” x 8 ¼”.
The 1-Series is available in 2 ½”, 3 ½”,
and 5” depths.
Short/long dividers and lids are also available.
TMB 2-Series
These modular boxes are 16 ½” x 11”.
The 2-Series is available in 2 ½”, 3 ½”,
5”, 6”, 7”, and 8” depths.
Short/long dividers and lids are also available.
TMB 3-Series
These modular boxes are 22 3/8” x 17 ½”.
The 3-Series is available in 3 ½”, 5”, 6”, 7”, 8″
10” and 12” depths.

Modular Box Lids
- In addition to providing a secure stacking surface, our lids are engineered to have a “snap-fit” while remaining easy to unstack.
- Our standard size lids are available in either stock gray HDPE or transparent PETG.
Dividers
- Dividers are die-cut from our stock gray HDPE.
- All standard size dividers have vertical interlocking grooves on 1 ¼” centers.
- Our standard size modular boxes can be subdivided into compartments as small as 1-1/8” by 1-1/8” or multiples.
Spacers
- Spacers are die-cut from our stock gray HDPE and function as horizontal, mid-container dividers.
- Spacers can also double as a low-cost lid
